We are pleased to announce that our company will partially succeed the electronic components business of Matsukyu Co., Ltd. (Head Office: 4-6-7, Nishi-Shinkoiwa,Katsushika-Ward,Tokyo; President: Kazuo KAMIYA).
1. Purpose of the Business Succession
For over 40 years, we have supplied components for various electrical equipment, including control devices, air conditioning systems, communication equipment, and office machinery through our switch business. By succeeding this electronic components business, we aim to increase sales and continue supplying parts to our customers in the electrical equipment industry.
2. Details of the Succession
The succession includes all production equipment, molding dies, pressing dies, and technical assets necessary for manufacturing the relevant components.
