Completion of Business Succession Regarding Terminal Blocks of PATLITE Corporation
As announced in our disclosure on October 2, 2024, “Announcement of the Business Transfer of Terminal Blocks from PATLITE Corporation (Note 1), we are pleased to inform you that, as scheduled, OTAX Co., Ltd. has completed the acquisition as of October 1, 2025 of the terminal block business (hereinafter “the Business”) operated by PATLITE Corporation (Head Office: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President: Hironobu YAMADA; hereinafter “PATLITE”).

Purpose of the Business Succession
Since its foundation in 1974, our company has consistently grown through the manufacturing and sales of industrial switches.
Furthermore, with a long-term perspective of sustainable growth as a global company, we have been actively expanding our business worldwide, particularly in East Asia and Southeast Asia. Within this context, we consider it our important mission to promptly identify market needs, materialize them, and provide products and services that are required in each era in a timely manner.
By acquiring the Business from PATLITE, we determined that this would lead to an expanded business foundation, enhanced competitiveness, and ultimately to greater customer satisfaction and contribution to society.

1. Business related to terminal blocks and associated accessories in general
2. Tatsuno Factory, which manufactures terminal blocks
