Certified as a Kanagawa Treatment and Work Balance Promoting Company (Platinum Company)
In September 2022, our company was certified as a Platinum company under the “Kanagawa Treatment and Work Balance Promoting Companies” initiative, in recognition of our establishment of leave and work systems that support the balance between cancer treatment and work.
What is the “Kanagawa Treatment and Work Balance Promoting Company”? It refers to companies that have business offices in Kanagawa Prefecture and conduct business activities within the prefecture. The prefecture certifies companies that meet one or more of the following three certification criteria:
- Have an annual paid leave system that can be taken on a per-hour or half-day basis.
- Have a leave system for illness or medical conditions.
- Have established one or more of the following systems: short working hours, staggered working hours, expired annual paid leave accumulation, telecommuting, or flextime.
Companies are classified into different categories based on the number of criteria they meet.
