Subject: Discontinuation of KU Series and Introduction of Replacement Model “KZ Series”

We would like to extend our sincerest appreciation for your continued support and trust in our products. We hope this message finds you in good health and your business thriving.
We are writing to inform you that our rotary DIP switch “KU Series” will be discontinued following the launch of the upgraded replacement model “KZ Series.” The last shipment of the KU Series is scheduled for March 2022, as detailed below. The KU Series has been a beloved product for over 20 years, and while it is with some regret that we announce its discontinuation, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding this decision.
The new replacement model, the KZ Series, has been developed with a strong focus on enhancing product value to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Specifically, the KZ Series offers improvements in the “click feeling” and enhanced quality through a redesign of parts shapes and configurations to better support automated mass production.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers currently using the KU Series and would greatly appreciate your consideration of transitioning to the new KZ Series, which incorporates the latest technology. We are happy to provide complimentary samples of the new model to assist with your evaluation.
